‘Chester’s creates the best handmade upholstery I have found in India, and their high quality, artisanal approach perfectly matches the D’Ascoli’s ethos of small-batch, sustainable design. Together we offer the interior design community statement sofas and chairs inspired by historic influences ranging from Persian carpets and royal Indian brocades, to vintage fabrics that could have been heirlooms or pieces found in an antique shop.’

Since the pandemic lockdowns many of us have turned our focus inward on ourselves, our families, and our homes. And often this has been accompanied by a newfound awareness and scrutiny of our environment and the objects that surround us. This upholstery range offers furniture that uplifts both aesthetically, through color and pattern, and also technically through our material quality and artisanal approach.
The collection includes ten pieces, all made from 100% printed linen or a mix of linen and 100% cotton.
